Purchasing Products

• Enter the quantity and/or available options and click on the "add to cart" button. The item will be added to your cart. Discounts will be automatically taken on the shopping cart form.
• Before proceeding on to "checkout" you can change the contents of your cart by adding items, changing quantities or deleting an item. To delete an item from the shopping cart, click the "select" box on the right and click on "Delete."

• No returns, refunds or exchanges on books or packets. Shipping charges will be refunded only if result of my error.
• There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned cheques.
• Currency converter is for an estimate only. Actual Credit Card amount will depend on the Bank Exchange Rate and may differ slightly.

Payment Methods

• Payment options are located at the bottom of the customer information form in the checkout process. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
• PayMate - Choose the "PayMate" option. PayMate is a very secure method of using your credit card. It is a free service and requires a one time registration, taking only a few minutes to fill to the form. After that, only your credit card number and password are needed. Your credit card number never shows up on any of the documents I receive that are generated by your order.
• Pay by Cheque - Choose the "Mailing Cheque" option at the bottom of the checkout page. Print out your order and enclose it with your cheque to the address printed in your receipt. Merchandise will be sent after your cheque has cleared my bank.
• Contacting me directly with credit card information - Choose the "Will call or fax Credit Card details" option. Print your order so you have your details handy. Call (03) 5683 2604 or (business hours only, please) with the name of the credit card, the number and the expiration date. I accept VISA, MasterCard and BankCard - I will also need your name and order number.
